SEAWEED GARDEN’S CELEBRATION, GREEN SHOOTS, SUNDAY 11TH SEPTEMBER
A fascinating event of learning, laughter and discovery where people’s passion for our environment, community, creativity and food came together to celebrate, as a culmination of months of preparation. Here are some of the pictures to give a glimpse of the day and the lead up.
Green Shoots Open Day
Green Shoots pond is really taking shape. Thanks everyone for all the hard work. We need native water lily's, pond plants, oxygenators and large smoothish rocks.
Next Open / Work day will be on Saturday 16th July. Please bring a large smoothish rock if you can find one.
Jobs include weeding and watering, tidying!!
If bringing small children the pond is in progress so close supervision essential..
We have Lots of plants for a donation and fruit ready. We will also have potatoes garlic, chard, spinach and courgettes and flowers to pick. All proceeds to New Hope and Green Shoots.
GREEN SHOOTS GARDEN OPEN SATURDAY 2nd JULY 2022
10am-2pm. Come and pick your own. We should have onions, garlic, salads, spinach, chard, peas, beetroot and possibly blackcurrants available for a donation. Refreshments provided, bring a picnic. There are jobs to be done if you are interested in lending a hand or just come up and enjoy the flowers, birds and hopefully sunshine!

Congratulations to Robert Macinnes, June Bleazard and Helen Pearson who all won awards and thanks to Argyll and Bute TSI for an amazing evening. So well done. We had some great films too. You can watch it back on YouTube if you missed it.
WEllbeing club - you matter always
We had a brilliant time with Suzie #YouMatterAlways exploring how to protect our positive vibe. Thanks for sharing your own story Suzie and leaving us with so many things to think about. Follow Suzie on Facebook for regular really helpful posts. It was a fantastic turnout and thanks to Mull Safe and Sound and Minds Matter Club for your support too. We will never see umbrellas in the same way again.
