Wellness Walk Heads to Dunstaffnage
This week, our Wellness Walk is heading out to the beautiful surroundings of Dunstaffnage Castle, in partnership with Adventure Oban.
Taking place on Wednesday, the walk is a great chance to get some fresh air, enjoy a gentle stroll, and spend time together in good company.
The group will meet as usual at the Corran Halls car park at 10:15am before catching the 005 bus to Dunbeg. From there, walkers will explore the scenic area around the historic castle. To round off the morning, the group will enjoy some well-earned refreshments at The Beach Café at the SAMS Explorer Centre.
The Wellness Walk is open to everyone, and new faces are always very welcome. It’s a relaxed and supportive way to get outdoors and connect with others — we’d love you to join us.
Please watch our film made by Beth Chalmers. If any community groups want us to come and talk about Hope Kitchen and show the film please get in touch.
